Every 7 years our technology doubles (even quicker with AI) I won't quote my source, but I feel confident that they well develope a method for this refractory gold by the time we are sold to a major....in addition there's many many more targets.

You're referring to Moores law, and your source is likely Ray Kurzweil. And its computing speed and memory, not technology, that doubles. Its stalled however without a jump to quantum computing, graphene didn't solve it.
