RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nexoptic the light of the worldDamn1212 - have you considered speaking with a lawyer and launching a class action suit?
Check out SONA. They have several class actions suits against them, pending. Basis of their suit is essentially, false/ misleading statements, and a failure to deliver as promised.
If you launch a class action - you may gain more momentum. I only took some small losses; with SONA your loss had to be over $100,000.
Something to consider.
If NXO has been misrepresenting their technology, making false promises and given the amount you are personally invested - you may want to look into.
Definitely; they failed to deliver on the 'revolutionary' lens; proof, they wrote off all the Daugela tech (40 million); (they decided not to develop it further, which is a mistake). They toted the joys of Double Take, now various longs and supporters don't care about DT - it's junk, worthless, excuses abound. You know, there are many, many, many other companies out there manufacturing products and tech; but NXO and pumpers say - it has to do with Covid19 shortages LOL. They talk about ALIIS - well, prove it. If it was that great, in the 1-2 years ALIIS has been available "immediately" for market as was stated by NXO; don't you think someone would have paid $$ for this revolutionary AI?
I believe you have a valid case. If you proceed, let me know. I certainly would sign up, though my losses would not be high enough to do so. I'd like to see what a legal firm would say about these various claims and whether they meet the threshold for action.
