A key part of his job is to promote interest in Quinsam as an investment opportunity to outside/ prospective investors ( a fiduciary duty of Mgt. to enhance shareholder value) 


To do that, IMO, he has to improve the demand/supply equation for shares....to help to reduce the discount to NAV - and, better yet, to establish a premium to NAV for the benefit of shareholders ( through promoted, market outperformance over time) 

Unfortunately the temptation of periodically executing below NAV insider buybacks and option grants run counter to the objective that serves ALL shareholders (namely,  driving the SP higher) 

So as retailer/ minority shareholders, we must speak out... and ensure that the objectives of Mgt and shareholders are aligned at all times.

Driving underlying portfolio performance is obviously an aligned goal. But beyond driving NAV/SH there is the issue if the SP itself. 
Keeping a low profile is not the answer. Promotion to the investment community is.
