Z...what I think Eve did wrong was.....to begin with, Eve should have concentrated more on the domestic market.
Eve got its HC licenses and should have put priority on getting provincial approval...... First Alberta, BC, followed by Quebec and Ontario. Then the smaller markets. All the German attention was ok, but mistimed.
To get the Canadian biggies active, Eve could have been selling and servicing, reselling and generating decent revenues much earlier.
