Why is ARX useless?  Even though I was somone who was definitely not in favor of that merger (acquisition), the new ARX is a strong company with an excellent balance sheet and fantastic assets.  The number one issue with ARX is their culture but hopefully with many of the VII folks going over, there may be a shift in time.

End of the day though, both POU and ARX are strong companies, I have significant investments in both.  BUT, if I had to choose a winner, I'd put my $$$ on ARX (I have, with about $250K value in ARX and $200K value in POU).  By year end, I believe ARX will produce significantly more FCF than POU.
