RE:TD Flash NoteAnother strategic tuck-in acquisition. Allows XBC to align each facility to a more specific output and optimize the process. 

The Buy America dimension is huge. 

Also the facility can sever as another hub for servicing the products and expanding the network. 

This should be front and center for the new COO.
