Mr. Cimatu was formerly a military general, in direct contact with Mr. Duterte; we can assume that he is a rubber stamp, Mr. Duterte having absolute control over granting permits as per legislation previously enacted to facilitate Philippine economic recovery post pandemic. As Covid subsides, travel becomes less dangerous, I still see FTAA as 70%+ probability. Analyst downgrading is being done by people much less knowledgeable than most people on this board. We have a tremendous future in my view, and today we might see $1800 POG again. IMO
