RE:LEV: Total shares outstanding once it opens on NYSE?

If we read the newspaper article carefully,the value attributed to Lion at the current price would be 1,5 billion.So the total share count would be around 80 millions.It surprised me a little to see that.I was under the impression that we were getting quite close to 200 millions shares.If the numbers in the article are good,it changes a lot of things....but I still remain skeptical and I also send an  email to the public relations
