RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LEV: Total shares outstanding once it opens on NYSE?If I'm referring to the first news release when they announced the merger (November 30th)the share count should be at least 190 millions.It said:"The pro forma implied market capitalization of the combined company is $1,9 billion at the 10$ per share PIPE subscription price"
