RE:RE:RE:RE:HelpYou have more patience than most I suspect.   I would not and could not put up with that
poor level of service no matter what better borrowing rates and other little perks you got
from them.    From what you've related,  that is disgraceful and you should have been 
compensated by the manager for the mistake in your margin account.    Also not being
able to retrieve documents related to any stocks in your account or anything related to
your account on a timely basis on is unaceptable.  

You as a banking client deserve better than that and they as a bank don't deserve you as
a customer.  I would be seriously looking at the competition even if you say you like their
trading platform.  Banks are clamouring these days for good customers and offer incentives
for them to switch accounts.    My wife and I carry 6 figures in our bank accounts with CIBC
in addition to our investments.   When I've had any issue with them especially service ones,
a not so friendly threat of switching quickly changes the tone of the conversation and they've
suddenly become very appologetic and helpful.    Good luck.
