Not a chance !!

When the general Cannabis market goes up by 40 - 50%, it does not impress me that QCA's portfolio went up by 10%.

Might as well buy my own basket of Cannabis stocks. 

I'm paying Roger to beat the market, and he should not pay himself (especially options grants) if he does not.

But I will admit, one Qtr does not a fair assessment make.

Let's see how he does for Q1.  Results in a few weeks.
