RE:Wino's conclusion ?

RE:Wino's conclusion ?We do not have an organized effort to vote in concert to achieve a certain outcome. Instead, we are sharing info and each person should vote as they see fit. I appreciate all the points of view that have been expressed and particularly appreciate Wino's efforts on our behalf, as well as Dawn and Paul's willingness to speak with him. But in the end, we will all have alot of good input and and insights but each if us will need to make individual decisions. We will see what the outcome of this process will be at the AGM when the votes are tallied.

The outcome of that vote will depend alot on how larger, grumpier shareholders like myself vote but even if I vote in favor of the current board, I suspect if everyone else voted against one or more on the board, their vote might still be successful, although it would likely be pretty close. It all depends on how many ahreholders actually take the time to vote. The new institutional shareholders that came as a result of the OO will lkely vote and vote in favor of management. So, those voters were not there in past years and that will swing things significantly in favor of the current board.

As those of you following along on the THTXProxy e-mail chain already know, one shareholder who indicates he controls 4.5 million shares, has said he will vote those shares in favor of management. So, the chances of successfully removing a board member are lower this year than in previous years. I am also leaning towards voting for the full board, but am admittedly doing so with clenched teeth, although I have not yet made a final decision.

Even if every candidate gets enough votes to keep their board seat, a large number of shareholders voting against any board member does send a clear message. In many ways, that message has already been sent and recieved. Still, no vote is a wasted vote, so I would encourage everyone to think though all of the good points raised here and make whatever decision you think is best.

Does Wino come with a conclusion yet ?
Have we come with a consensus to the course of action we are going to take regarding Thera ASM? Thanks.
