When (whether) CWX might make an Offer__that IS Beyond my PayGrade.

One thing that DID come OUT when they made that $2.25 Going Private Offer was that
the Real Estate Value of the Richmond, BC Land ALONE was Worth THAT MUCH (and
it Sure Would NOT have got ANY LESS the past Few Years !!)__Thus the Offer WAS a
REALLY LOW BALL one__which Doman and partner Abandoned.
