ES likes to have his own way and when he does not get it he walks. Take a look
at GCM last year. He had a large position and then put out a huge buy on it when
it was $7. That was when he exited and the stock has never recovered and trades in low
$5.00 and change now. It is a great company well run and is greatly undervalued
(I do not own any) but do not know what exactly the problem was.
I have not see a shareholder take 29% of a company like this and it gives me a
little pause for cause. At this level of investment he will expect to get his way
which will more than likely be good for him but not necessarily for the company
and the shareholders. IKE
Owns 49% of jag. Basically saved that company.
Thats what I heard also. What I know for sure is that ES was the guy who was in early back in 2018 when the Company could not raise a nickel. The market was terrible. Eric also bought a subsequent placement to fund the small 3000 metre early phase programs. So, to be fair, many of us including me have lots to thank him for. I understand the big boys are such for a reason and I am happy to get good meaty scraps on this ride. No complaining from me thus far. Go SIC.

B.C. I'm a shareholder of jag and am very thankful that ES stepped in. Am getting a quarterly dividend, I like free money.
