Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

shares

sharesHi all
My shares have transitioned from Aphria to Tilray through Scotia I trade.   The .8381 was applied.  There website did say it would be in Canadian shares if one originally purchased Aphria on TSX. It's still in US share price but that could flip tomorrow. I'm not sure. The interesting part is the share value is at 1.23, close to a split between the 1.26 to buy and the 1.19 to sell.  I'm thinking it will convert my shares tomorrow (or later in week) to the Canadian share price. Hopefully the convert at the higher rate and not the lower. If it's converted at 1.19 one might want to keep it in US funds.  Shorts killing the longs right now!  How low will it go?
