This is what I messaged to Montrus as my answer:

"Hi Montrus,

with regard to your question on SH: maybe we'll see improvement after wts have expired. Soon.
When (if) that happens, I'll see it as an indication that my idea concerning the possible importance of 17 million new shares wasn't so crazy after all.
When the warrants expire without exercise, most likely the convertible will remain a loan.
Then again: What do I know?
