The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

The last statement sounds like "the door is nailed shut" to me. DBG will be prevented to pursue any activity in Tahltan territory.

As Canadian regulation strikes towards the usual of free, prior, and knowledgeable consent, as is acknowledged by British Columbia’s passing of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act, the Tahltan Nation expects that the province will take steps to make sure that Doubleview shouldn’t be granted any additional permits or pursuits inside Tahltan Territory.
