The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to provide unit holders of the Fund with exposure to the digital asset ether (ether), the daily price movements of the United States dollar price of ether and the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation. To achieve its investment objectives, the Fund will invest in long-term holdings of ether, purchased from reputable ether trading platforms and over the counter (OTC) counterparties, in order to provide investors with a convenient, safer alternative to a direct investment in ether. 3iQ Corp. is the trustee, manager, portfolio manager and promoter of the Fund (the Trustee and Manager).
