The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Why would people think CVE would buy back Commons when

they didn't buy back the Preferreds???? Then again, they gave themselves a TON of OPTIONS and RIGHTS....so I would assume Management would have some incentive to prop up the share price..... Just Guessing.

All just my opinion/view/thinking/guessing.
