analysts wrong -Price unsustainable in next year?????

I didn't go to school to study economics but just educated my self as home builder and contractor but  I am knowledgeable in pricing and supply and demand in home construction. In my business I

Need wood products for the following with very little supply even at high prices.

House framing, Roofing plywood sheets , wooden floors,,Doors, Kitchen cabinets, Fences, Decks.  least of all furniture of all types.

House construction is up greatly.

I as contractor cannot wait until prices drop to pick up my lumber as my customers want completed project and are willing to pay cost increase of lumber.

go to Home Depot, Home Lumber, Loews and see what is available.   Demand is unreal.  People  donotwant to wait until  lumber prices drop.

I invite uneducated people and contractors  for your comments.
