RE:RE:RE:RE:As Expectedforgot to address your other point with the scalper analogy
we all hope to buy at one price and sell at a higher price
that may be over the course over a week , a month , a year or 10 years , that is investing
but the short sellers we are speaking about like to do that 100 , 1000 or 10,000 times a day with tons of different stocks
You do understand the difference
that is why you see stand offs like this bid .88 ( 700 bids ) ask .89 ( 900 bids ) but it stays like that for 30 minutes
any normal investor would pull the trigger in a second , we wouldn't give a shi about one penny because we are buying with the intention of going long
the day traders will sit there for hours on end until you blink first
one penny times a milllion such maneuvers is a lot of money
they have to find a way to only allow " investors " to " invest "
good luck though , I know they annonced they are goig to try and rid the stockmarket of them but these evil priks will find a way to dance around any new rules put in place
