And more importantly, why as a significant shareholder, in your infinite knowledge of how to run this company, haven't you picked up the phone to ask why it hasn't happened?
I'm assuming someone (including EasyE) willing to invest their time and energy in bashing them on the board for as long as you have, have contacted management to provide this suggestion or have asked them to explain why they haven't. Or no?
