Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Yes and the timing could speak volumes. It's the first time we have seen Dr. Mandel buying, that anyone remembers, so why now? We are less than 3 months now from the type of data that could at least get some real momentum going. What if P16-18 are CR in the next update and that's 5 of 6 since correcting the dosing problem?

Then there are other things going on including covid. With all the misinformation we get from all levels of government - take this vaccine no take that vaccine, we have no vaccine etc. - if they hit a homerun on that front it would be huge.

So we probably won't get any Phase II until the end of July but it would be nice to get a surprise nugget or two in the meantime. I salute those that buy these dips because I still think they are intended to get some people nervous and sell but the opposite seems to be happening!
