Q3 2020 revenues which pretty in line with q3 2019 and q4 was about 10% lower than q4 2019. It is hard to compete with q4 from the previous year given their concentration in the markets that were affected by covid. I am sure they will at least match q1 of 2020 which was $24.2 million and then you can add the $2.7 million to give you a lower bound of $26.9 million. In fact the year before in q1 2019, Acuity achieved sales of $27.9 million for a complete pre covid q1 picture. They should experience some additional growth from their non travel/hospitality side and that's how I get to my $30 million target.
The average analyst estimates according to yahoo finance is $26.89 million for q1.
