Q1: Look at the quality of management,
Q2: I don't trust used car salesmen.
I'm not whining. You can hold your own understanding but you don't own the facts.
Piskanja is world-class, management is not. We were told the elaborate would be submitted last September (8 months ago).

Here's a bit more for you...When was this sentence put in an NR "The Piskanja project development timing, strategy, and costs are not anticipated to be materially affected by the decision to delay the Resource Certification".
