Generation Mining Limited is a Canada-based exploration and development company. 170million shares fully diluted ,with Sibanye buying back in for 206 million ,implies a rock bottom sp of 1.21 or 13% increase from here .

if they buy us out for a50% premium of that price ,that is about 1.80 sp or about 70% sp increas from here .That is a 306/million buy out price .

Im no expert on Buy outs but to me that would be far too low an offer for management to accept considering that they have multiple means to finance and get maybe 5.00++ per share in 3 years 
as a producer .
