In respect of Auxly's agreement with ISH, I would expect there is a successorship agreeement in place or that some sort of continuance would apply.

Auxly and Sundial have had amicable dealings in the past. Continued cooperation benefits both companies as I see it.

That said, it would be prudent to ask the question and expect some clarification.

btw - the deal is in US funds as I understand it. So that's $6mil-US cash for Auxly plus 1.66 million SNDL shares.
