interested in ncd,un

interested in ncd,unHi. Newly interested investor here. I have read recent posts on this board in order to learn more about this trust / stock. There are more insightful posts than on the average board so it’s been a pleasant read. The market depth has been showing that ncd.un is under some selling pressure lately. Can anyone offer a reason why? Are investors looking move on from energy-focused stocks now that the money’s been made? I would think that the diversification of unit trusts (especially REIT’s) here along and its dividend payouts makes it attractive enough to stay in. Input appreciated. Mr. Burnes
