From 22 March press release: Voyageur will be finalizing the product lines and implementing final testing of products prior to full production start up. The pre-production phase is estimated to be completed in Q4 2021 and entails packaging design, fill line design & testing, laboratory batch testing, client batch testing, forward sales and marketing.
