The new team members appear to be extremely qualified in the US, global and international expansion of CPG companies, addressing finance, strategic planning and forecasting, M&A, sales strategy and channel development, and more. I found this very interesting in Guy Beaudin's qualifications: expertise in "post M&A work in aligning teams and cultures in cross-border acquisition." I think we can expect a lot more M&A in the future growth of Valens.
