No rah, rah socrates. The quarter was disappointing, particularily the LG license.

Slide #9 is where the excitement is to be found...still need to demonstrate they can execute the ITS strategy.

Regarding sale of the Wilan sub, fine. What would a buyer pay. It's impossible to set a valuation while the Apple case is still up in the air.

It's important to realize that execution of the ITS strategy is not dependent on the Apple case.
