Is BITF dead money

Is BITF dead moneyOn the technical charts bitf seems to be over bought by at least 30%.To me it seems unless the value falls by that much it could be dead money for mnths.Hive looks like it could take off in the next few days as the tecnicals seem to be falling in line.
