Irwin is a great CEO APHA was one of the best weed companies out there.

They had a great balance sheet and will make it worth while for APHA and now TLRY shareholders.

Bank of America has a 23$ US Target for TLRY Shares.

Its may so people are usually selling so for the short term it is a nice time to grab some shares.
