If in fact the company progresses to profitability in the second half of the year, I do not see the need to consolidate. The sheer number of shares is irrelevent at that point. If we want to get on Nasdaq then yes. If anyone can share a reason to consolidate at this point I would appreciate it. I am involved with Siyata Mobile that just consolidated to get on Nasdaq. Unfortunately not in a profitable position and shareholders lost appx 50% of their value when the dust settled.
