I did NOT miss any of that, but until there is an actual alternate offer I am not prepared to bet there will be. Discussions is not the same as making a deal and I have been involved in more than one of these types of strategic reviews. There are lots of comapnies the will sign an NDA to get a close look at all the insider info, and then never make an offer.
