Antibe Therapeutics Inc(Pre-Merger) ATBPF

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Mugsy, are you paid by Antibe to post on stockhouse? Yes or no question. I don't care about trivial Antibe facts or timelines.

Yukon - I'm a shareholder - nothing more.
Your question is irrelevant because you're still not going to believe me.

Facts are important.
Not worried about what you believe but there are good people here who deserve the facts when opinions are disguised as facts (in some cases unintentionally).

Case in point - Dan didn't initiate partnerships 3 years ago.
Phase 2A opened the door early discussions.

Another point - Dan did not promise to go to the NASDAQ in 2018 - he indicated they would start investigating.  That's very different from giving specific dates.

I am one of those people who wants the truth and none the ... "believe you me" stuff.

Facts are very important and I hope you can respect that.  You don't need to like me or the comapny - heck if you hate me - get in line.

: )

Well said Mugsy, there a few here that intentionally post misinformation to create doubt in the minds of weak hands. The facts are most retail investors are not prepared to wait for management to work their plan.

I personally find it mind boggling how we are at current s/p levels which are pre split .41 cents yet we have $100M cash in the bank, we have signed partnership deal in China, we are close to completing amalgamation for portfolio. Many choose to believe management is not in negotiations with potential buyout BP or partnering negotiations. I cannot understand why some feel they aren't, they have clearly communicated that they are going down that path and not mention clearly demonstrated that they are with the first partnership deal signed in China.

I understand the frustration many feel with current share price which again makes no sense based on what we have accomplished and where we are at.
