Just to be clear, we still have 2200 shares and I would totally prefer that IPL just keeps going up. I just think it is going to play our a different way.

Ipl stock does not drop under 16 just because sarge wants it to, and it steadily climbs as heartland come on line. A year from now, it's 24, for a solid 50% move, outperforming all the other pipeline and utility stocks. With or without a divy hike.
