Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. thanks Capital ---yea its not a good sign at all in my view...but it surprises me given the potential of Pela....there are no secrets in life...if ONCY continues to founder...there must be a reason...and maybe the insiders know it.
