This is just the beginning I have seen a few Canadian companies get stolen from their shareholders by their debt holders and it all starts like this. Going into debt, then a couple of bad (unintentional)  bad Quarters. Inability to pay the debt, then the shares are reworked to 0$ and the company is given to the debt holders, and shareholders end up with nothing. Sudo bankruptcies.

This company has proven that they can be literally pulling diamonds out of the ground and still manage to lose money. I think taking on debt is a bad idea for share holders.
