Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. It's a "reverse split" or otherwise known as a "share roll back " or "share consolidation".
Consolidations are most commonly used by public traded companies, particularly when the companies share price has fallen so low, and wants to prevent a delisting of it's shares or attract more investors. It's definitely a sign of a struggling company so beware. That's why I laugh when someone mentioned that this would be listed on the NASDAQ or NYSE............not going to happen.
