Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The only question that needs to be asked at the AGM is when are they going to start the Phase 3 ? As I recall all they needed was the biomarker data from Aware-1. So now they have it. No more excuses. No more stalling. Just do it. Or at the very least arrange a meeting with the FDA. They don't need a BP partner to a least get the ball rolling.
