I'm not so sure we all got the invitation time right.  Imminent to many appears to have meant days - common?  Really?  Those who have seen the paperwork and dealt with the lawyers know that's far from the truth.   IMO today's announcement checked an outstanding box - hopefully that's a roadblock removed for big things to come.  Soon.
