RE:State-of-the-Art Facility 45%-50% Utilization
RE:State-of-the-Art Facility 45%-50% UtilizationI think the supply chain is full of hand sanitizer, personal care products and cleaning products. It is going to take a little time to work that off. Thats what I think they mean by "volatiility". This is still a very good story. A year ago, they faced a mountain of $70 million+ in debt coming out of the Acasta mess. That is now all gone and they have used this past crazy 12 months to remove that albatross. I know thats ancient history now but it does give them a pile of options going forward. We all hope they leverage this huge positive change into future success. That will come from a wider product offering that delights their customers along with excellent customer service and decent margins. I think they have a great shot at accomplishing that but it takes time. Their main customers .. Costco, Walmart .. do not move overnight. Product development and listings with them take time .. years! I wish it was faster, but it's just not. And its pretty competitive. There are quite a few very good vendors out there that shouldn't be underestimated.
