Who controls Global?

I would be interested to see how much influence Bakema still holds over the stakeholders of Global. Clearly, they have to recognize that these fatal attempts by him to enrich himself for all the failures are not going to garner the support of Medical shareholders. In my brain what ever they currently control is still as worthless to them as it is to us. Time for a coup?? The click is ticking.......
