RE:Which one is worth of news release filing or granting? I cannot emphasise enough how important the CMR patent, granted last week, must be for SCY's business plan and discussions with FCX.
For me it's totally conceivable that Freeport's legal advisors have indicated not to sign the project LOI until after the patent had granted. Without that patent there would be no need for partnering with SCY and share profits. We're talking here many millions of dollars.
The fact that SCY has decided not to (timely) news release the granting of the 2 patents, both material facts, tells me there's more to come: the domino effect. And on top of that, they have just awarded themselves with lots of .18 CAD options. Something good is in the making, that's totally clear for me.
It may still take some time to unfold, but it will be fatastic! And very good for the BOD and therefore for us.
