RE:RE:RE:RE:Army Corps: Pebble mine appeal won't be done in 2021HuskyNotPhat posted on ST:

I believe the longer the ACOE sits on the appeal the better for Pebble. Why? They have not followed guidelines and time frames that are stated for appeals. ACOE will have a lot of explaining to do if they sit on the appeal process for over a year to only deny the mine. Why would they do that? ACOE will not look good if it ends up in court. Next question.? Is this considered “a taking” when appeals are prolonged indefinitely? At what point is the federal government denying a state their right to their own minerals through a red tape, intentionally slow permit process, intentionally long timelines, and other bureaucratic hampering. In other words ACOE is digging pebble without a shovel because their azz is grass if this goes to court. Everyone screams dilution! Dilution! When gold is $2500/ounce, copper $7, I don’t care if NDM has 1 billion shares outstanding. What is a Trillion and a 1/2 asset divided by 1 billion?

People refer to this BRISTOL BAY source, but no other source has mentioned it and I searched the whole internet. :)

Somebody replied:
"It’s part of politico so I’m assuming it’s not accurate. Tried several different links but nothing stuck around."

I don't know. Just sharing my research.
