Ulcer on the PYR BoardIs Ulcer over at the PYR bullboard not liable for criminal prosecution for putting out false and misleading statements (HPQ signs major supply contract) regarding HPQ ?This resulted in a huge escalation in trading volumes and perhaps a short term windfall for those involved in this fake pump.
