Quick question for you. RBC does change the ask and bid before 9:30. It doesnt always line up with opening price. Also here on Stockhouse you will notice it changes prior to open. Today was completly off showing 4.40 open? Does it change where you trade as well? Pretty sure that is all he was saying. But you are correct no trading prior 9:30
