RE:RE:That drop wasn’t so bad! Blackspade, Thanks for agreeing with some of my views. But just so there is no misunderstanding, I do not at all agree with your idea that the SP will drop significantly.
My view is there is some value here. Intrinsic value is greater than the current SP. But because the BoD have failed (over the LT - see LT chart) to both surface and create sufficient value (both the SP and intrinsic) I do not have confidence in the BoD. My view is anyone that does, is simply hoping and betting against the LT poor track record.
Confidence is not helped when every member of the BoD does not own sufficent shares, including a few that have been on the BoD over 10 years. Unacceptable. Shareholders who find BoD share ownership, as well as the very high BoD fees acceptable are, in my personal view, being used / complicit patsies.
It makes no sense at all to trust the BoD to create value out of the 100M + cash, when value has not been delivered over the last 10 years.
The cash needs to be returned to shareholders (much of which can be paid tax free as a return of capital), and what remains should be sold to the highest bidder. Enough is enough.
