I could suggest rereading the news release of March 22 to give you a better understanding of what is taking place and there is lots!!

There is a lot of things that have to get this done and it's complicated so progress will be slow.

We have to vote on everything and we have not received that information so awhile yet!

From the news release of March 22 everything has to be completed by June 30 or either side can walk away.
